All bookings made with Global Trip Solution are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
The company acts as a travel service facilitator, arranging services such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, transport, sightseeing tours, and holiday packages through third-party suppliers.
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and may vary due to changes in taxes, government regulations, or supplier costs.
Passports, visas, travel insurance, health requirements, and other travel documents are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
Global Trip Solution will not be held liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are advised to check all details (names, dates, destinations, etc.) before confirming the booking. Any changes after confirmation may attract additional charges.

A minimum advance payment is required at the time of booking to secure reservations.
The balance payment must be cleared before the commencement of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
In case of non-payment within the stipulated time, Global Trip Solution reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
